Location is great, by everything: beach, restaurants, etc. large space, has everything you need from chairs to towels to garbage bags, etc. I was able to catch the fireworks on Friday. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is that their fridge was on the highest setting and ruined about $70 worth of my groceries.

Overall experience...

We had an issue with some lack of cleanliness and an item or two not functioning, but management was quick to respond and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this property and we will gladly return to it in the future.

They responded when we had any issues, the parking was an issue cause online says one thing but we you try to purchase a daily pass you had to pay more. We parked on the harbor parking right down the street. It was a good location & overall basic if you won’t be staying that long in the room cause at the building there’s not much to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with our stay here. There was a slight problem with the Wifi when we checked in. Management resolved the issue as quickly as could be expected. The unit was nice, and had just replaced the carpets with new wood or composite flooring, which was very nice. Make sure you check all the closets, they do have some beach chairs and floats etc, which we didnt see the first time we went to the beach.

LOVED this place!

I gave five stars for “Accuracy of Listing” but honestly that isn’t true… The owners have made some beautiful upgrades that aren’t reflected in the pictures yet. The primary bed is an extremely comfortable king bed, and the sofa bed has been updated to a comfortable, modern piece. The kitchen table and chairs have also been updated to a cute modern white set. Air conditioning was great (very important for our Alaskan family), and we had no trouble parking in the deck attached to the condo. Pro Tip: Be sure to get the parking pass that allows you to come and go as often as you like. Friday fireworks were beautiful from the balcony. Check in and out were easy, and communication was great. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we return.

In Transit Housing

When we arrived, the kitchen sink was backed up and they weren't able to get it fixed until the next day. We basically went almost 20 hours without being able to use the kitchen sink. We could never figure out the bedroom TV, but the living room TV worked fine. Overall, it was a good experience with just the kitchen sink issue being the only real problem.

Great location, some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good value with great location and adequate size for two people, but basic amenities were lacking (no salt/pepper, condiments, barely enough soap/shampoo for more than a day or two - grocery store is 5 minute walk, though). Super easy walk to lagoon and beach and good location in Waikiki for everything else. Biggest issues were a 10:30am checkout time that they will not extend, and maids even arrived early (10am) and let themselves in as we were completing a last activity off site. Additionally, internet went out for the last 24 hours so there was no internet or TV.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am honestly very disappointed with my stay here. We chose this rental because our kids are very picky eaters and having a kitchen would allow us to cook for them. On our first night we went to the market and spent a little over 500 dollars on groceries to last us the two weeks we would be there.Cons-There's a strong musty smell in the hall way that leads to our room. -Our room had a very strong smell of floor cleaner. -The pots and pans had deep scratches on the non-stick coating-One of the dinning chairs was a broken.-After the first night my 3yr old and I felt very itchy but we couldn't find the cause. Then my 3yr old started getting insect bites on his face.-On our 5th night I woke up to baby roaches on the cabinets, counters, and stove. I always make sure to clean up after myself so I knew it wasn't a cleaning issue and more of an infestation.I reached out to customer service and they told me they would send the maintenance guy to add traps and that they do monthly pest control on their property. I ask if they could please relocate us as the roaches kept coming out during the day and even crawled on me. They said they didn't have anywhere to relocate us. The maintenance guy told me the traps should stop them from crawling around. But the next day there were bigger roaches crawling on the floors and in the kitchen. I reached out to customer service and they told me to clean and not leave food out. They offered to refund me the remaining days. I tried looking for a hotel with a kitchen but due to it being last minute everything was so pricey, I eventually booked a room without a kitchen and we had to throw our food out. It was such a waste and so stressful moving. Once we settled in our new room the itching went away and my 3yr old stop getting bite marks. -The room is next to the trash room and the stench leaked into our room. The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.

Close to wikiki and the marina

Great location if you want to be close to wikiki but not burried in the crowds. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough the we didnt have to trample over people right out the door. Parking was 33 a night which is steap but compared to some other places we saw cheap for wikiki. View out the back was great watching the boats come and go.
