The staff were wonderful - always willing to help out, were very friendly and always available when needed. There were always staff keeping the property clean and it great condition. Although this property is a bit older it is well taken care of. Sadly not much of a water view due to tall condo's everywhere but a good view of the mountains. I would stay here again for sure!

They charged 3 days parking use when I only requested and used 2 days. They immediately corrected it but if you are in hurry to check out, you may not notice it, watch out.

When booking this hotel I I requested via Expedia filters both a shuttle from the airport and a breakfast. Neither of these were offered and or provided. Either Expedia fabricated the amenities or flat out lied. I’m very disappointed and frustrated by this situation and deception. I’m hesitant to trust you in the future. I hope you find some way to make this right!

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy. AC worked well. A bit outdated. But for the price in the area it was reasonable. The only thing I wasn't expecting is a additional daily parking charge.

The hotel is very good. Walkable distance from Waikiki beach although with kids could be a little far. Really good grocery store and breakfast restaurant nearby. Parking on site. Quiet and clean. Great room.

Affordable, has all your basic needs for your short or long stay. Staff are helpful, Pool is clean, can swim short laps gym room small with a few machines but Ok. Hotel is clean, many resturants in area, within walking distance as well as a great Al Moana Shopping Center with more restaurants. Many pick-up points for tours, with Trolleys & Bus.

I liked the location.. it was easy walking in one direction to great dining snd waikiki main area and an easy walk in the other direction to the big mall ala moana mall… the staff are just superb… from the gentleman who helped with baggage to the check in staff the were friendly making you feel at homeand … very efficient and professional… woukd highly tecommend and will certainly be s place of return visit.., thank you

Staff are so helpful and friendly and welcoming. Great location. Close to beach and Ala moana mall. Lots of great restaurants and close by ABC store with good variety of souvenirs and food. Hotel is very clean and any issues dealt with very quickly. Our air conditioner wouldn’t shut off (battery in remote control needed to be replaced) I let front desk know of issue and maintenance man arrived very quickly. He was very friendly and nice! Already Planning a return this winter.
