All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of
the neighbourhood. No elevator but staff took
our suitcases both up and down from our 3rd
floor room. Great breakfast room with good food and coffee. Would not stay here again because
of room size. We had to take turns opening our
suitcases because lack of room. For 1 person maybe fine but not suitable for 2 people. Check
room size carefully when booking. Overall good
experience.

If you book a Pod you have a 2 single mattress bed, 5 foot up, near the ceiling up a ladder. There is barely any space for 1 person to stand. Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast with great variety. You are in walking distance of restaurants , cafes, bars etc. Lovely spacious room and clean and modern. Decor around the hotel is classy and warming. Metro just few yards away and Rotterdam central station 15min walk.
