"The view was amazing The place was reasonably clean and maintained but some deep cleaning is needed in places like window sills and corners. The couch and pillows are worn out and need a fresh update or cleaning. It was noisier than I expected but it is super close to the main Highway below and the traffic was frequent. In between passing cars, it was calm and you could hear the water lapping against the shoreline, which was so peaceful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable and relaxed."

"House was beautiful with a 180-degree view of Hood Canal. The location was near the cute town of Union, making it perfectly positioned for exploration and adventure.My grandkids LOVED kayaking to the General Store and getting ice cream daily. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the entertainment options in the house were perfect for kids and adults alike.We spent most of our time on the deck looking for seals, swimming in the water, and collecting beach treasures. Our evenings were filled with dinner and quality family bonding time. The house has an amazing amount of outdoor toys and a large hot tub to lounge in—pure relaxation.The rental company was wonderful at communicating throughout the check-in process, answering questions, and texting us information about what needed to be done for checkout.What really speaks highly about this house is that all of my grandkids were so busy enjoying family and the house that they NEVER asked to watch TV. That, to me, is the highest compliment for this rental.Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories this summer. I know we will be back and will recommend this house to anyone looking for a slice of paradise."
