Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Nicole is super nice. Beautiful breakfast area. Good breakfast. Bed large and confortable. Beautiful decor on rooms as well. Windows open. Which is great for fresh air. Located in city centre with easy access from station and to all toyriatic spots. All easily walkable. Nothing to complain.

Beautiful property and beautiful room. Shower was a bit weak but it did the job. Lovely Belgian chocolates waiting in the room was a nice touch. Great location!

It was everything I had hoped it to be. Very quaint and comfortable. Staff was very kind accommodating. Perfect setting for a romantic couple! Location is unbeatable. Would stay here again for sure!

I very much enjoyed my stay. I would rate 4.5 I could. I ly liked the interior design of the lobby and room. It was cozy and had character. Most important thing to me was there were no bugs! My room had a little shared terrace that was an added bonus. Very happy with the mini fridge in the room. Prices are similar to a convience store so saves you the walk. I was very happy to have a cold drink ready after checking in from a long flight+train. There was water, pop, wine and beer. Unfortunately the only down side to the room was a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling. The building seems to have a humidity issue overall. There was construction and damage in the lobby that they were fixing which also seemed to be a water issue of sorts. So there was a humid smell in the hallways and elevator. The hotel is located just a little outside of the main tourist area. Only a 5-15 min walk depending what you're looking for. Also found it a comfortable walk with suitcase from the train station. It maybe took 20 minutes and the sidewalks where in good condition. The staff was super friendly. They have some suggestions ready to go with a print out and map. I was able to check in early that day at no extra cost. Also was able to leave my bag for a few hours after check out at no extra cost. Pool has a nice seating area around. Pool was pleasant, just a little small and many guests were making use of it.
