Located in the historic village of Wortel, this elegant first-floor apartment offers a peaceful escape for families or friends in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Founded in 1822 by Johannes van den Bosch, the Colony of Benevolence is now recognized as a cultural landscape of global significance. The apartment features a cozy living room with fireplace and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. Guests have restricted access to a private garden, home to a colorful animal farm and occasionally used for school and youth camps. Please consult the owner for access. Enjoy the green surroundings near the Dutch border, ideal for walking, cycling, and cultural exploration. A spacious parking lot is available, but parking in the courtyard is not permitted. Note: This home is for recreational use only.
