"Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean. We spent much time on the deck watching the ocean and the people and the pelicans and just relaxing. The access to the beach was super easy and steps away. Unlike other listings in this area this house is truly on the beach with ocean views and direct access. Fortunately we live close enough that I could come check before I booked and while there were 5-7 homes we liked showing they are on the beach (map pin included) this was the only one that was truly there. The house was clean and comfortable. Bedding and linens were good quality. Beds were moderately comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans and a coffee pot. You need to bring with you: all spices, oils, pantry staples, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach toys, beach towels, and coffee. House is stocked with coffee filters, bath towels, wash clothes, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Overall we loved our stay, and would love to return to this house in the future!"

"Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The host, Tyler, was very attentive and responsive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The home was in pristine condition—super clean, beautifully put together, and everything was fully functional. "We had a great family stay here! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient for our family of five to enjoy time by the water.We really liked the layout of the home and found the accommodations comfortable and well-suited for our family. The golf cart was such a fun bonus—we loved cruising the beach and changing out the fun, quirky flags along the way.The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful, even sharing great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Port Bolivar."

"Always a pleasure! Lost count over the past 9 years but have stayed at this property at least 10 times -- both short weekend getaways and most recently Mon-Fri. House is always CLEAN with comfortable beds, great a/c, ceiling fans, kitchen with everything needed, washer/dryer and Roku TVs with all the streaming apps. But the best part is the deck with unobstructed beach view and private access to the beach via an adorable bridge that is a must for photos! (Golf carts cross with ease!) If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy a slice of serenity and perch on a deck with a beach breeze or barbecue & entertain below this is for you! This trip was only 2 people, but we've had as many as 6 adults and 3 children. Owner Margene is tried & true - never had a single issue and always appreciate how she seeks feedback and looks for ways to raise her already high bar. We've returned many times for a reason, and it's been a favorite getaway for years!"

"Great for a couple as long as the husband isn’t 6’5” tall like me. The TV hanging down is a head bumper. The ground fault breaker for the kitchen tripped the 1st day and would not reset; so we ran an extension cord for the kitchen. Over all it is great for a single person or couple other than the bath tub is way too high for old folks. "

"Loved the house!! It has easy access to the beach and great views. Best part was the master upstairs and the other bedrooms on the main floor. It was comfortable and relaxing, this is the second home we rent from this owner and it did not disappoint. Would stay again and again. "
