"Great family property for our extended family who had very young kids up to 5 years old; would be great for families to "grow up in" for vacations too. The ability to book the houses next door also seems like a great chance to get together with family. Especially for those coming from within Texas or west Louisiana, its a great spot to get away without a longer drive!Thanks so much!"

"We come to Bolivar every year so we know what to expect from a beach house. This one has been our favorite. It has a great view and a shady, comfortable spot to sit all day long. More shade than any other house we have rented. Inside is comfortable and well appointed. There were millions of towels, plenty of blankets. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I hope it is available for next year."

"We finally found the place we want to come back to every year!!!! This place was wonderful!!! The kitchen was nice and spacious. It had all the supplies we needed including a Kerig coffee machine. The living room was so big and open. The patio is close to the water and is where we stayed the whole time. It has two great bathrooms along with a washer and dryer. It was very clean, the air conditioning worked great and the water pressure was great in the shower. It does have a shower/tub combo. I would advise anyone to definitely bring mosquito spray and bring ice as there is not an ice maker in the freezer. We have already reserved our stay for next year!!! It was great!"

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this property! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, had everything you need for a stay with a large group.The host was very quick to respond to any questions. All of the remotes were with the TVs, everything worked as expected, there was a ton of seating in the kitchen, living room, and plenty of beds for everyone.Beautiful updated decor throughout the house. Plenty of restrooms, clean sheets and comfortable beds. What more could you ask for!"
