"The room was nice and cold when we got in (unheard of for a lot of places honestly), and the beds were incredibly comfortable- it was like waking my husband and son from the dead the next day. The curtain didn’t fully cover all the light from the window, but when we went to sleep the world around us disappeared The bedding was stained, there was a lot of varied damage in the room (I’ve tried to be accountable for existing conditions at different places before) I called and left voicemails 3 times over time after check in for assistance (traveling with a child changes your tolerance level), never got a response But breakfast and checkout service (different person), were amazing If it was husband and I on a one night 5 star rating- anything else 4 star but mostly because the ac and mattress are heaven adjacent"

"We had an amazing time in this wonderful house! Our entire family had room to spread out and relax. It was clean and the hosts supplied everything we could need. The kitchen was so nice to cook in and there were even spices there so we didn't have to buy any. We could have just packed our clothes with no other supplies for the beach and been fine. We had 10 people with 4 of them children and they could play on the 4th floor without the noise level becoming unbearable. We enjoyed the boardwalk and the island and the kids were able to catch some fish and some crabs. We ate dinner on the huge deck dining table. It was great! We so appreciate this home and the hosts that shared it!"

"Everything about our stay was great. Had to contact the host about the front door lock but got that handled quickly. House was well furnished and spacious. It is quite a trek to get to the marsh but the kids loved trying to fish and catch crabs. Highly recommend staying here."
