"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. "Staff were very helpful and friendly. But the facility is the worst. Our door wouldn't shut without us slamming it. And then we got stuck in our room and had to call for help to get out. It's a death trap, at least our room was. "
