"The hotel Manager Brian was exceptionally well with us. From the moment we checked in until the time we left, he made us feel at home. Nothing was too much for him to do. Every time he saw us feel welcome and made sure our needs were met to the best of his abilities. If ever we were to stay in st Vincent again rest assured we’d be right back LaVue. Customer service was A1 and the rum punch was top tier. Thank you again to LaVue and their wonderful staff. You guys were amazing!!!"
Point Bay Resort

"Room is very basic and needs updating. Beds very firm. No chair to sit in. But the location is perfect and so is the price. The pool is lovely and the staff are too. One of the very best restaurants on the island and the setting is over the water. Perfect!! Ask for an adapter to charge phone or other devices if needed from the front desk. This is one of my favorite places to stay for a night or two while traveling for the restaurant and the location right by the water!"

"The good: the staff was WONDERFUL (especially the front desk associate Sandrine) . They were genuinely pleasant and friendly, and not just that “I work in hospitality so I have to pretend to be nice” kind of way. The grounds are really nice , especially the restaurant and pool area, and there is easy access to the beach. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was really good. The not so great: The rooms could use some a bit of decor upgrading , a bit more thorough cleaning, and consistency in the amenities. I had to get a new room because the AC in my original room did not work (stuff happens) and Sandrine made that process very easy. In my new room things were a bit dusty and there were some dead bugs, and my blanket had an off putting smell that made it unusable (even though it was supposed to be clean). Also the new room was initially missing an iron. Thankfully the staff and the grounds made up for my lackluster room, but hopefully management is able to improve upon that going forward."

"My room (#12) was spacious, clean and comfortable. My cottage was steps from the beach and the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel’s staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food and drinks were great (get the conch salad). The hotel is located along the Belmont boardwalk so you can take a walk to other local businesses or just stroll along the shoreline. My only critique would be the name of the establishment. I almost didn’t choose the hotel because as a Black woman it isn’t the most comfortable feeling booking a stay at a place called Plantation. And I heard the same sentiment from others as well. Hopefully management can consider a better name going forward."

"This was honestly the best stay I had at a hotel, and I have stayed at many. The room was very clean and the layout of the room was appropriate for a short or longer stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, suggesting places on the island to visit and it is absolutely beautiful in St. Vincent. The restaurant Islanders, which is on the property, had excellent food, service was great and the food was prepared and served in a short time. They also had activities on certain nights, like games night and karaoke.I have nothing negative to say because it was ALL GOOD."

"I enjoyed my stay at Paradise with my family. It is in an ideal location, step away from the beach which my daughter absolutely enjoyed. The pool was warmed at all times. The food was amazing and the staff were exceptional respectful and kind. Everyone I interacted with, especially the manager Mr. Sam with two toddler he was always ready to help. Thank you Paradise!"

"The room was clean and well made up upon arrival. The housekeeping staff came every day to clean, and to offer fresh towels and linen, and any replacement toiletries. The staff was very friendly at all times, and were as helpful as could be when needed. Breakfast was good, but could benefit from a bit more variety, and maybe more offering of fruits and fresh vegetables."

"I expected more during my stay, they’re no microwave in the rooms. The room service was excellent. The tea and coffee station was very poor. The coffee area needs to upgrade Thwre needs to be a complimentary package, like shampoo , conditioner, hand soap Bath soap here at the Cobblestone hotel. The Air conditioning was excellent. But otherwise I enjoy my stay here and will come again."
