Hotel Santa Barbara
The hotel looked nice from the site but was even better in person. Smelled great an had an amazing decor. They told me they had a renovation a while back so it seems they have modernized it. Staff was great as well parking attendants.

The pool was heated. My granddaughters had a great time. Breakfast was good. It was a very nice stay.

Rooms are a small but clean. Wi-fi was good and the breakfast will hold you over until lunch.

Casa Riviera
2nd room booked for another family member was also great. Had balcony on street side and was still quiet and great comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to many places to eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Numerous other sites within walking distance as well as plenty of shops ...

Beautiful new property with higher end finishing and spacious outdoor space. Lots of extra amenities in the room. Great location, close to downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone.
