"Check- in was terrible. The lady at the front desk was too busy trying to get tv fixed. There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean, There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each got just 1 coffee pack also, which is pretty cheap, and when I went to the office at 7 in the morning to get some coffee I found out the front desk does not open until 9 on Saturday!!!! How ridiculous is that? And it closed in the evening! Too bad for you if you need anything! It seems service is their last priority. Needless to say, we will never stay there again and I definitely cannot recommend this property!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful with needs and made our stay warm and inviting, I was surprised to see a small kitchen with dinnerware and utensils for use. The room was neat and orderly as well. Thanks again, we will choose this location next time we are in town."
