No AC in the garden rooms it was so hot the ac units are badly out dated it only worked for an hour bugs in the shower we asked for a fan and the staff kept passing it off to different people no one provided a fan or a room change when I say it was hotter in the room than outside I mean it !! Worse experience by far and we come to Jamaica every two months we will not stay there ever again the distance to the room is horrible small parking lot so just take a uber not the cleanest room either some stains and moldy showers we checked in and noticed broken hangers under the beds as well as old flower petals mattress was either to hard or sunken in we had a two bed cottage

The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. The food was just okay and the classic dishes at the ala carte restaurants are prepared differently from what we’re used to. The stand out was the pool areas, nightly activities, endless drinks, and the helpful, friendly staff. After leaving the hard bed, the beauty of the property made up for some of the issues we experienced. Summer vacation with husband and we enjoyed ourselves. 7/10. Couldn’t been an 8 had there not been so many issues with the bungalow, which is supposedly more luxury.

My wife and I chose Ocean Eden Bay for our honeymoon, and overall we had an incredible stay. I’d rate it 4.8 out of 5 stars. The resort was beautiful and very clean. Our room was spotless when we arrived and was kept in great condition throughout our stay. We spent most of our days relaxing in the pools, enjoying the swim-up bars, and soaking up the sun. The drinks were consistently good, and the bartenders were friendly and quick. We ate at Captain’s Market more than anywhere else during our trip. The buffet offered a wide variety of food at every meal, and we never had trouble finding something we enjoyed. Whether it was breakfast before heading to the pool or dinner after a long day, it was always a reliable option. One of the highlights of our honeymoon was the snorkeling excursion. The water was crystal clear, and getting to see the marine life made for a memorable experience. Another unexpected highlight was the adorable kittens that wandered around the resort. They were friendly, well cared for, and added a unique charm to the property that we looked forward to seeing every day. The only reason I can’t give Ocean Eden Bay a full 5 stars is because the room service wasn’t very good. Orders took longer than expected, and the quality wasn’t on par with the rest of the food we had throughout the resort. Thankfully, since we spent most of our time enjoying the restaurants and buffet, it didn’t have a major impact on our trip. Overall, we had an amazing honeymoon.
