"Our 1st room had an air-conditioning issue. Our room was very hot. It took them until day 2 to get us a room with air-conditioning that worked. Some areas of the property is dated. The area and view however is absolutely beautiful. Some staff were very friendly..others seemed to not enjoy their jobs. Food at buffet was not great, but the other restaurants were pretty good. "

"It was my second time in the country and my first time was better. I had an okay time but this hotel lacked a few things I was expecting better from. The food options were not great. Getting restaurant tables was a hassle. The bed felt like a rock, I slept terribly my entire vacation. "

"Property is on the edge of the hip strip. I had been told do not adventure on your own. There are plenty of guides that set you right again. Please use your driver through your time in Jamaica. The resort lets you know that the beach across the street is safe and has vouchers for beach goers in the know. Plenty to do here. Pool bar, contests, and karaoke keep travellers entertained. Had a great time would go again"
