This cozy, sun-filled studio sits at the end of a dead-end street, surrounded by trees, next to the Center Trail, and within walking distance to downtown. Just 4 minutes from I-495, it’s perfect for day trips to Boston, Cape Cod, or New England ski hills. Gillette Stadium and Xfinity Center are 30 minutes away. Enjoy a king bed, peaceful deck, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Nespresso, robes, and filtered shower head. Note: Stairs may not suit guests with mobility concerns.

About the Space

This sun-filled guest suite sits above a detached garage at the end of a quiet dead-end street. Although the unit is on our property, its elevated position provides a private feel, and we stay out of guests’ way during their stay. Enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to Hopkinton’s trails, lakes, and downtown. The scenic Center Trail is just steps away, and downtown Hopkinton is a 10-minute stroll with restaurants, cafés, and the historic start of the Boston Marathon.

With I-495 only four minutes away, you’re perfectly positioned for day trips to Boston, Cape Cod, and beyond. In winter, it’s an easy drive to Wachusett Mountain (about 40 minutes) or to southern New Hampshire and Vermont ski hills for a full-day outing. Gillette Stadium and the Xfinity Center are also just 30 minutes away for concerts, games, and live events. Ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a serene, well-connected getaway.

Guests have their own private entrance on the side of the garage. Please note that the stairs leading to the unit may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

A spacious king-size bed features 100% cotton sheets, a soft duvet, and two cozy robes for your stay.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, small fridge/freezer, and all essential cookware and utensils. A Nespresso machine, electric kettle, coffee pods, and a selection of teas are provided.

Dining & Work Area

A small table offers the perfect spot for meals or remote work.

Storage & Laundry

A large closet with built-in shelving provides ample storage for longer stays.

Bathroom

The private bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

Relax with a wall-mounted Smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify.

Our Dogs: Henry & Hali

We have two friendly dogs who are always leashed and kept out of guest areas, though you may see them coming and going.

Guests have full access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. For outdoor enjoyment, you’re welcome to relax on the private deck.

Other things to note
This studio apartment is located above our detached garage. Thanks to its elevated position, the space feels private and quiet. However, please note that due to the height of the unit and the stairs required to access it, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
