We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. "We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. "Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. "
