The staff were very kind and the cleaners especially were very professional and timely. They were polite and honored my requests. The breakfast staff and the receptionist for checking in were welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sri Lanka. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor.

This hotel is brand new and it opened three weeks earlier. My husband and I booked the room for an afternoon as we did not want to wait hours at the airport. It was very convenient. Our room was beautiful and clean.

Strange hotel. No restraint as such just a cafe. Pay as you go. Aircon in rooms pumped out damp humid air. Some floors not finished constructed. Could do with a gym or some facilities. Not even toilets in the lobby area. Not great.

A much needed and conveniently located hotel for early or transit flights. However airport shuttle ‘forgot’ to collect us from airport despite several prior emails confirming the service. Hotel was very clean and well maintained having only recently opened (catering facilities not fully functional at our visit). Staff were very helpful and courteous however insisted on knocking during do not disturb displayed on room and disturbing much needed sleep. Hopefully all issues that can be ironed out as the facility is fully functioning.

Nice and spacious room, nice staff but checking in could be more efficient. It takes 5 mins drive to the airport, not really walkable. The hotel charges US$5 for airport shuttle.

The hotel is new ans clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Area of improvement are as follow, 1. Toilet water pressure is too low 2. No hangers provided for cloth and towel 3. No handing hooks in the toilet 4. No spoon

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting to treat customers this way. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!!
