Hořešovice Holidays

We stayed at the hotel for 2-nights during the weekend. I want to commend the helpful stuff at the entrance, who are always available and very helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent place, right beside the river and the old town. Very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. We have several comments that can be improved: 1. We had a clogged sink in our hotel room. We told it to the Concierge at the lobby and wend for several hours for dinner outside the hotel. When we returned, I asked the Concierge is our sink was fixed. His reply astounded us: "I forgot", that was his reply. We were tired and a bit angry. We could not return to our room since we could not brush our teeth with a clogged sink. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour while they tried t fix the sink. They apologized and gave us free drinks. ok. An hour past, no one told us anything so I went upstairs to our room to check - it was fixed and cleaned. ok, nice, but if I hadn't checked it myself, we would have sat there at the lobby the entire night. This is NOT a 5-stars hotel service level, more like a 3-stars, at best. 2. Another concern: The breakfast buffet is terrible. It is a mess, and not in a good way. It is too crowded, handled poorly, long lines just to get an omelet. There is a nice menu on each table where you can order special dishes, but it takes a long time to get it and sometimes you don't receive the order at all, or they mixed it up. I do want to recommend their spa and pool which are superb.

The studio room was spacious and nice amenities. The honor bar for food was great and preorder fresh bread delivered to my door . Easy to hold luggage for later departure . I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it !
