"We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. The room smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room at our perfect temperature and was very quiet. The hotel was in a quiet area and the building was quiet. Nothing disturbed us. In the book in our room, it said breakfast was served between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. but there was no breakfast. However we we're not overly concerned with that as we had a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator in our room and we had brought some food and coffee with us. Also, the hotel was only about a half a mile from the town square and main street where there were many very good restaurants. Plus, there is no way you could beat the price and get that kind of a room anywhere in that area. "

"Veey clean property. Rooms are big enough, no toiletries were provided tho, pool was also decent size. Breakfast had many options and everything was tasty. New property, loved the experience."

"Our host was wonderful to work with, A. Such a unique and beautiful property, we loved it. Super clean and comfortable, it was all we could ask for. The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend."
