Was not dissappointed at all
Hotel was in a great location for exploring
Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Breakfast was delightful

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.

Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage ...
