"Staff was fantastic and friendly!"

"Parking was easy, the phone in the room didn’t work at all and they didn’t have the extra towels in the room that I requested. I went up and asked for extra towels and a few extra pillows and he said “we will see, you already have 6 in the room”. The pillows were small and we have two toddlers so I thought that was an odd response. Over all a decent stay and easy access to everything around the area. Air conditioning was loud but worked really well. Probably would pick somewhere else next trip though. "

"Stayed 2 nights in this lovely park. Cabins are ok but a bit rundown! Fun & enthusiastic staff all over the park Great place to start an early tour or a hike."

"Breakfast could use some improvement. Very scarce and no variety. No toast, bagels, english muffins or patries. They have waffles, apples, yogurt, cereal, everyday. That's it. We were there for 5 days and breakfast is only from 6-9am. Missed it 3 days. The hotel could probably get better ratings with small effort. "

"I arrived at the hotel at 1pm after driving 8 hours and was told if I checked in it would be $35 added to my bill for checking in early. Also I put a credit card on hold for incidentals and was told Expedia didn’t charge the proper sales tax so I was charged"
