"My husband and I took a last minute little getaway from Valentine's day. To say this is the absolute most amazing place we've ever stayed is an understatement. We wish we could have stayed longer but it was so short notice we only stayed one night.We will absolutely be back. There is not a single thing I would change. Doug and Jen are the sweetest!!!! "Nice clean room. Not the largest we've ever stayed in but there was everything we needed. We enjoyed the shower head and water pressure.Nice size tv. Check in was quick and personnel was kind. Parking lot was rather small."

"The 11th floor/Club level is where it’s at, folks. The lounge serves food twice a day and free beverages during happy hour and also accommodated me for a mimosa or two in the morning😉. It has fabulous large rooms with nice bathrooms, featuring many shower heads and a jacuzzi tub for two and to me, the included valet is worth it. And if you make a spa reservation, check in early and enjoy it all day. It’s one of the best spas I’ve ever been to in my life and one of the highest rated (and I have become quite the spa snob.) We had the best mini moon there! The staff was so professional and really accommodating to us. This is more than made up for the first trip we had there where they canceled our spa reso last min."

"The Restoration Hotel in Asheville is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was lovely from the valets, front desk employees, bartenders and cleaning staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed with unique decorations in the lobby and rooms. The rooftop bar is stunning and has such a beautiful view, the addition of live plants is a huge plus. We loved the breakfast basket outside our room with a red rose for Mother's Day. Overall we loved every minute and would definitely return!"

"This is not a hotel and should not be categorized as one. It is private condos that a service books. They do not manage it. Never book room 113 or 114. They are in the dingy first floor. The TVs did not work, the ceilings are peeling, the trash and towels were not refreshed regularly. I am going to ask for some compensation. They do not change linens. The front desk which is in a different building has no one to help you after 5. The refrigerator did not work in the first room we had and we had to move ourselves in the middle of the night. Then room 113 was worn down with the above problems plus stained carpets. the bedroom light was a strobe light. Room 324 was better but again stained carpets and peeling bathroom ceiling. This is definitely not even 3 stars. Wont stay there again. There was no one to help. The one bedroom 324 was much bigger than the 2 bedroom condo. Stay at a real hotel."
