"This house was well equipped with dishes, coffee, spices, towels, games, tvs, hot tub, etc. The lake views were impressive, as well as the family of deer we spotted in the yard! I highly recommend you have a 4-wheel drive and know how to use it for the driveway. However, if you don't have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, there is a covered parking spot at the top of the driveway."

"We have a family vacation every year and have stayed at many different properties in Colorado and now Arkansas moving around for various reasons. But this property is in a perfect geographical location for members of the family to either drive or fly in. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay. This is what I would refer to as an more "outdoor" location with a pool and the hottub. The three levels overlooking the pool was great as well as the two complete kitchens on the pool floor and the one above. Only thing I think would improve the experience is more chest of drawers in the bedrooms as they were pretty bare. If you are staying a week or so it's nice to unpack. Other that that the property was great. 15-20 minute drive to town areas which is perfect. The host was great and very responsive during the selection process. All went very smoothly during the stay and we can highly recommend this property. "
