"The hotel and its rooms are great, very brightly lit and clean rooms. The hotel has only one restaurant and a bar. Beware the restaurant requires reservations for dinner and should be made in advance or else risk not able to eat there. But don’t fret-just walk across the street and there are plenty of restaurants to try out. The only complaint that I have about this hotel are the lifts or lack thereof. The two that were operational were constantly crowded and several times we had to wait for over 10 minutes to get down. We talked to the other guests who were waiting with us and they had similar issues. So we were not the only ones impacted. Other than that we liked the hotel very much. "

"Breakfast was pretty good. The gym was small but had everything that was needed. The pool was great and particularly the jacuzzi ( the chairs could do with a bit more cleaning) What stood out most was the help from the concierge and his help in obtaining an MTR ticket and letting us use the pool shower room on the day of our departure. Mustafa was so helpful and one of the best concierge we have come across Location is super convenient too, being so close to the MTR station and a shopping centre "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms is excellent, they are very clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel according to my preferences is perfect, it is connected to a shopping mall where there is a large selection of restaurants, great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, whatever you choose. There is an excellent restaurant in the lobby of the hotel itself. The hotel is not in a noisy area, and it offers a beautiful view of Marina Bay. There are several very interesting places within walking distance - the Gardens by the Bay, several museums, Matina Bay Sands and Promenade, Clarks Key, and Orchard Street is not far away either. Just perfect!!"

"My 4-night, 5-day stay exceeded expectations for a city-fringe hotel. From the attentive staff to the well-appointed room and quality F&B outlets, the overall experience rivaled that of larger CBD hotel chains. The room was thoughtfully designed as a tranquil retreat, complete with a filtered water dispenser—a small but much-appreciated touch. With views stretching toward lush greenery in the distance, the setting offered a refreshing sense of calm. Ideal for guests seeking a quieter stay away from the crowds, the hotel also provides excellent connectivity—just minutes from Orchard Road, Shenton Way, and the western parts of Singapore. A special mention goes to Adrian and Kumar from the concierge team during my first visit, and Simie and Hidavat on my second. Their warm, attentive service truly elevated the experience. Thank you."
