We didn’t have any issues at check in or check out, the homes location was convenient to key locations and attractions around Hot Springs. Communication with the host was excellent, and they went above and beyond to contact me when my Daughter had left her purse after checkout. There were some residents in the area blasting music and revving their engines, but that was completely outside of the control of the hosts, and over all did not affect our stay. My family and I would definitely book again in the future.
