    SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.

This place was all that it promised and more. It is a beautiful space on the water and a great spot for our family location. The house was immaculate, so comfortable from the beds to the living spaces and decorated with a designer eye. It has everything that we could have asked for...pool, hot tub, kayaks, game room and a beautiful sun room for our morning coffee. We just wished we could have stayed longer.
