This urban 4 Br/3Ba home has many elegant updated features with a huge outdoor space, including a double-layered wrap around deck, with a screened-in porch area as well as a hot tub and gas grill. There is a basketball half-court, playground and fire pit in the backyard. New heat/air system with controls on all levels of the house for maximum comfort. New carpet in the bedrooms.
4 large bedrooms include:
The master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed has a separate dressing area and the master bath has a new walk-in shower with bench seat.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and one twin bed
Bedroom #3 has queen bed with memory foam mattress. and a pack-n-play with other items great for a baby (bouncy seat, walker, toys and blankets)
Bedroom #4 is isolated downstairs, could be considered a 2nd master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed with a bathroom with shower next door.

Air mattress available upon request for more than 8 guest.

Bay windows in the breakfast area offers a majestic view of Hot Springs Mountains. Also, has a formal dining room. Very private area within the city, located on a dead-end street. Shopping is within walking distance of only one block. Oaklawn track is about a mile away. This huge home is perfect for a large family retreat or a romantic getaway.

Christmas Lights

Trip over to see the Christmas lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens! Fabulous! Great place to stay - plenty of room, great common spaces! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and kids took advantage of the playground in the back yard!! Definitely recommend!

Mature girls trip

Excellent property that was more than what we expected. Five of us ladies 51 and older rented this property to explore Hot Springs. Donna was always available if we had any questions. We will be going back because we have other things we want to experience in Hot Slrings.

Amazing Home!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property had everything we needed and provided some additional touches that made our visit even more pleasant. We had a dog and large kennel was provided. We had brought one, but having the large kennel spoiled our dog. The yard, deck and Hot Tub were amazing and made the experience even better. This is probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We are hoping to come back sometime next year, if possible. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Donna was wonderful!

You can't beat the location of the house. It is literally close to everything. You could walk to Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Purple Cow, Panda Express, and 5 minutes away from Oaklawn! My family and I stayed for my mother's birthday, and we all absolutely loved the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 15 yr old, and 4 kiddos under the age of 5. Donna was great with communication, and we didn't have a problem at all with the house. Thank you and we'll most likely stay again!

Good Time

Our overall stay was good. Donna was responsive to our needs. The bedrooms were a great size and could have easily accommodated king size beds which we all wished they had been. Bedspreads seemed too small for some of the beds. The downstairs shower is EXTREMELY small! Food was left in the fridge and freezer. A note in the freezer door said”Please feel free to use any food left in fridge”. Don’t think most folks want to eat leftovers from folks they don’t know - we did not. We expected the fridge & freezer to be emptied and wiped down between occupancy. We would stay here again, but would LOVE king size beds and would expect a sanitized fridge. Thanks!

Spacious and beautiful property

My husband and I stayed with our fur baby who loved the huge backyard. The deck and the house were well maintained and the decor was tasteful and pretty. There are a lot of level changes both on the deck to get to the yard, and in the house. This was not a problem for us, and there are handrails for all of it. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. This property is near restaurants and retail yet it has a wonderful country feel. It was the best of both worlds. The pictures and description matched it exactly. It was even better in person. If we had to make any suggestions it would be to add landscape lighting to the backyard because it gets very dark at night. When we took our pup out in the evening we had to use flashlights. This was not a big deal, and there are lights for the deck. But once you're in the yard, the deck lights aren't quite enough. All in all a great property and a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back! We will definitely be back!

Worked for what we needed

I’ll start by saying the house set up was fine for what we needed (3 adult women’s girls weekend) and Donna was very quick to communicate prior to and after our stay (we did not reach out during our quick stay) and was very accommodating to a possible last minute reschedule….however the house is very well lived in and needs some TLC. There is a major ant problem and were roaches around the house on a few occasions. There were several ant bait boxes around the kitchen so assuming this is a known problem that we were not informed of. All of the bedrooms had either stained carpet, holes in walls, broken/taped mirrors, broken fixtures, and/or outdated bedding. The downstairs bathroom shower was small w no light that we didn’t even use it, the hall bath we never could figure out how to turn on so we all used the master shower. Every bathroom had various misc bottles of body wash and shampoo, which is normally fine but so many bottles left in the showers make it look like it wasn’t actually cleaned from the last guest. We did not utilize the hot tub due to water looking a little murky (could simply need chemical balancing) but also around the corner of the house on the deck. We also did not utilize the grill which was covered in dirt snd rust and looked like it hadn’t been used in some time. The house is on a dead end street w shopping near by that shopping is the back side of a major shopping center w big box stores less than 50 yards away. The location worked fine as we were able to get to downtown with in 15 mins but you would want a car to get around anywhere. Overall the house seemed old and random w Mis-matched decor and furniture (some needing to be replaced), while needing a good cleaning, update, and pest control service.

Came down for a family vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a huge success as we all had back issues from driving all day. Very easy to get to the Bathhouse Row to explore. The only thing we had to really buy except our food was aluminium foil and kleenex(allergy season). If it wasn't so muggy out, the back deck would have been perfect to just hang out and enjoy.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is not only spacious and family-friendly but also packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The hot tub was a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. There was also a great children's areas outside, as well as a firepit. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located near great shopping and dining options, making it easy to grab a meal or shop for necessities. Being just 5 minutes from downtown and the casino was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the excitement of the city without having to deal with long drives.The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Awesome Thanksgiving stay!

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving here! They had everything we needed! We had kids aged 6-18, dog, and adults and it was super nice since there was something for all ages. The hot tub and fire pit were a HUGE highlight! We went into town for an evening to watch a movie and walk around downtown and I loved how close we were to everything. Everyone said they would stay here again!!
