Wonderful Stay

Not what I expected
It was nice being on the water but it smelled like Marijuana. My husband ended up with a splinter in his arm from the balcony which got infected. Did enjoy getting away for the weekend though.

Peaceful!
We enjoyed our getaway, had a little trouble with a bad breaker, but the lady got right on it and we had electric shortly after. Everyone was really friendly. Room was clean and it was a quiet peaceful place to spend the weekend. We will be returning

The place was dirty. I had to clean the toilet and any dishes before we used them. Couldn’t see out the windows or the tv cuz they were so smeared. Perfect location though. Won’t be back

I have no complaints about my condo ..nice place stayed there w my wife .place came equipped w all the comforts of home looks like yall thought of everything. had family from littlerock come by and hang out we bbq, swam and fished .. nice visit.. someone in a honda accord stayed in my assigned spot almost my whole stay .. so i had to park in the grass..couldnt figure out were he was staying but he came andbwent all day ..i absolutely would stay here again but if i did id want to stay in unit 10 again ..ty

Overall great!! Needs a little better A/C
I was worried when we pulled up by the looks of the property outside. It could be updated some. However the inside was updated and very clean! We had a window unit that blew awesome and extremely cold air but it just isn’t positioned great. The way the space is laid out, the air blew directly into the kitchen. It did cool the entire space though. We like to be extra cool at night especially with how hot it is outside right now. There was a box fan provided and we were able to get an extension cord and plug in the fan and position it in front of the window unit to blow towards the bed which helped tremendously. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Relaxing time.
We caught fish from the balcony. Everything was close to the condo, maybe 9 minutes to bathhouse row. We had a lovely peaceful time.

This is a very nice property. The condo was small, but it had everything we needed. We loved the fact that it is right on the lake, and we could actually fish from our balcony. Everyone we met on property was nice and welcoming and the Casino, Walmart, Sam's and the downtown area weren't far and were easy to find. We had a great relaxing time and will definitely come back. We actually caught fish. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property.

If you need a quiet get away this is the place for you! And I recommend breakfast at the pancake shop in Hot Springs it was awesome

Neighbors up stairs are loud. Stay up late and wake early in the morning. You can hear everything
Pictures had a lot of of hype and didn’t 100% match the location. Grill, outdoor seating and exterior amenities are not there and available at this time. Neighbors were the biggest disappointment to be honest. Definitely not a place I would return too.

The property was as listed. I was disappointed that the dock was closed and unable to be used.
We had a great time relaxing although the people in the unit above us seemed to be doing construction in the middle of the night.

What an amazing location!
My fiancé and I spent 3 nights here to visit Hot Springs, Fish, and mountain bike. What an amazing location, a hidden gem. Beautiful views of the lake and close to the historic downtown as well. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return!

Basic necessities met, if you’re not planning on staying in the room much it works. We were there to see the town and be out exploring, it was a good affordable option for what we wanted. Very close to attractions and nice view of the water. It could use a deep clean and some updates. Overall fulfilled our expectations.

It was ok. I planned this big weekend for my fiancé and brought all the things to grill him the perfect birthday dinner. Well we thought we had a grill on our deck but the property has only one deck with one grill for all the guest to share. So I didn’t get to grill for him like I had planned because it was always occupied. Then Saturday they were redoing the parking lot so we had to hear the sound of loud equipment ALL day and had to park in a totally different location which was up this steep hill we had to climb to get to our car. Then had to smell asphalt for the remainder of our stay. Considering we don’t get to do this very often it was a very disappointing trip.

Great Lake view!
All was as described in property listing. Front door was a little tricky upon checking in. Digital locking system was hard to figure out. WiFi was horrible. Property was quiet and close to everything. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway
Our weekend getaway made me want to get away to somewhere else. Black stuff kept blowing out of the air conditioner. I believe the room I chose was switched with another couple. Pics made it look new and it was old

VBery close to downtown Hot Springs. Had a small issue with the door lock, BUT it was addressed IMMEDIATELY by manager. Great support from staff!

Good deal - good management
The pics are exactly as the property looks. The unit is in property being brought back to life but are in good condition. It’s furnished exactly like a hotel room - or better... There other units being rented by residents who live there full time and are friendly. The lake is amazing to wake up to every day. The people who own the unit are really nice, helpful and quick to resolve any issue. Ask them for recommendations for local things to do - you will be VERY HAPPY YOU DID!!! Would definitely rent this place again. (Note: hot water can be a challenge, just let it run for a few minutes. Parking is also weird w the residents. Again, just contact the owner if you run into issues)
