Incredible Stay!

The location, amenities, and home were perfect! Just minutes from downtown and Oaklawn, we were so close to everything but still far enough away that we didn’t have the hustle and bustle. Cannot recommend enough!

Weekend away for my wife’s birthday!

10/10 recommend this property. Beds were comfortable, check in/out process was very easy. Location is great for anything downtown. This house is as advertised, no hidden finds. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay in Hot Springs

This house was the best- perfect location, well stocked kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, comfortable furniture and beds. Not a room was untouched by a beautiful renovation. Backyard was even awesome. We took kids but would be perfect for an adult weekend as well. We really enjoyed it and plan on going back.

Great Location for Volleyball Tournament

This house was perfect for us. My husband and I had the downstairs and each of our two girls had a bedroom upstairs with a bathroom to share. Everything was well stocked and just as comfortable as being at home.The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center. Literally a two minute drive.We had a fantastic stay and will stay there again if it is available when we are available.

Awesome Place to Stay!

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Nothing was missed when they remodeled and decorated the house. Everything is very nice. It also has a large backyard with a nice sitting area. It is in a perfect location, very close to downtown Hot Springs, just minutes from a nice clean Kroger grocery store, and not far from Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant on Lake Hamilton.

Great getaway

We were a group of six women. The property was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked the bathrooms also had extra amenities for our use. There were more than enough beds. We had a wonderful time.

Jackpot find in Hot Springs

This property had everything we needed and more with so many extra touches. Snacks, coffee, fans, blankets, games, outdoor seating, grill, fully stocked kitchen and laundry detergent. It was extremely clean and so close to everything we wanted to do. It also felt very safe with security cameras at points of entry. The mattress toppers provided a great night’s rest and I loved the blinds and curtains throughout the home. So many distinct, extra touches of design/decor in this charming home. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great, clean home.

Very clean, very good instructions and communication. Nice covered parking walking distance to Bath Row. The only slight negative is that it is close to a busy corner and a little noisy at times. Hosts kindly have ear plugs if needed.

Home Away from Home

This house is very welcoming and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very close to downtown bathhouses and horse races. The only set backs were the one way street it was located on meant we were always circling our location and a hot tub was listed on amenities although there was not one. Would definitely recommend this spotless home.

The perfect place for our girls birthday getaway.

We had a wonderful time!!! The house was amazing. Everything that you wanted and more. From the furnishings to the amenities to the kitchen appliances,/utensils. Nothing was missed. We had an opportunity to sit in the backyard and it was relaxing and a great place for conversation. We had a chance to meet the owners and they were very friendly and sociable. It was a short 20 minute walk to downtown where everything was accessible. If traveling to Hot Springs, I recommend this place. Thanks, Shane and Alice.

Pleasantly Surprised

My family loved the property. It was far better than expected. The house was tastefully decorated, and everything was as shown in the pictures. If we chose to dine in, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, as well as spices and pots and pans needed for cooking. The host even stocked the property with all the paper products that may have been needed. we very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

SUPER PROPERTY - Excellent Location

This property has recently undergone a major renovation. No cost was spared to create a welcoming and cozy environment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the attention to details was amazing. There were 5 adults in our group and everyone had plenty of space. We all agreed that this was the first property we had ever rented that the property itself was actually better than the pictures. We were all very impressed and look forward to returning soon.

Sweet Retreat

Our stay at the sweet retreat was amazing. House was beautiful, super clean , beds were very comfortable and great location to downtown. We spent Thursday-Sunday at this home with two adult couples and 2 teenage boys and it was the perfect set up. We grilled steaks and played cornhole in the back yard . Shane and Alicia have provided everything you need to feel right at home. Super sweet couple, very attentive to anything you asked or needed. They provided several recommendations to eat, and things to do. I will definitely book with them the next trip to Hot Springs.
