  • Huge deck, cabin and a Sibley Double Bell tent.

    Very private spot, this is not your normal RV park ;).

    A beautiful hide-a-way in the trees, up high on a cliff edge with beautiful rock canyon views. Water is provided for showers (hot), dishes, etc. Check out evanscliff dot com for our properties... over 1000 5 star reviews, combined.

    King size bed and futon inside the tent and a queen futon in the cabin.

    Grill with side burner, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot.

    Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. Listen to the wind in the trees while enjoying the great rock canyon views.

    Non-Smoking in the tent or cabin... outside is fine.

    If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet.

    The tent is seasonal as we can get some heavy snows. If you are booking outside of May - Oct, it is likely to not include the tent.

    Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

This was the perfect getaway for our girl's weekend! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Breathtaking Views

This was such a unique place to stay! We loved our time spent there - the view was amazing, sleeping in the tent was comfortable (even when it was in the 90’s during the day). A/C in the cabin was a bonus to come back to after hiking in the sunshine all day. We enjoyed coming back and grilling and relaxing on the deck. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

A relaxing hideaway

My son and I loves staying at the Eagle's Nest! Centrally located among many national and state parks, we took several day trips and then enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. And despite the temps being in the 90a, the tent was breezy and cool at night. Would absolutely stay again.

Second time to stay at this wonderful property! The little cabin and large tent worked very well for a girlfriend's getaway weekend. The A/C in the cabin worked great and the tent cooled down by nightfall. The view is spectacular and very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the hot tub and great communication with the owners. We had a great time at Eagle's Nest! Coffee and chill mornings- then home to relax after our days of adventure! We'd grill out, have a soak in the hot tub and a camp fire. Cozy place- beautiful view. We'd stay again! Wade was very prompt with any questions we had.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here and every time has been amazing. It's far enough away from everyone to feel private but close enough to town if you want to go in. The owners have thought of everything to make sure guests are comfortable and safe. The views and wildlife are amazing. The dogs are welcome and they also have a ton of fun. Our first time "Glamping" was a hit. The Eagle's Nest met all of our expectations and more. The most peaceful place to spend a couple of nights. We lucked out with almost perfect weather so we could enjoy the big, beautiful deck, hot tub and firepit! It is off the beaten path but definitely worth the drive! Quiet and beautiful! Thanks!

Moms getaway!

This property is perfection! We escaped for a moms getaway and left refreshed. The set up is great! We traveled during a HOT week of 98-100 degree days and the tent was perfectly cooled down to sleep in every night. The deck was our favorite place with breathtaking views! We will be back!

fantastic glamping getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and couldn't have found a better place. The place is just as described and just as shown on the videos. Wade and Patricia thought of everything! Location is a bit of tree filled canyon paradise. We didn't have to pack anything as we usually would to go on a camping trip and got to enjoy what SD has to offer. We will definitely be back to visit Wade and Patricia.

Beat high expectations. This place was awesome!

We were initially a little concerned with location (Hot Springs) and the locality of what we considered to the sights we wanted to see. The view from this deck should be a sight all in itself... We travelled during the day and by night were making some dinner and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. For "tent glamping" the bar has been set.. Truly a treat for people wanting something different!

Lifetime Memories

Simply amazing experience for my kids. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness ONLY because it’s camping it’s expected to get pine tree pollen in the morning and the occasional fly that flys in the cabin especially with a 6 & 3yr old opening and closing the door. Location is out there in a very quiet neighborhood the small town of Hot Springs are resurfacing the roads so there is a little congestion from having to share 1 lane but that didn’t turn us away!! Lots of birds, wild turkey and in the valley you can see a small cattle ranch. Overall kids and adults gave it 2 thumbs up & we will be back!
