Great house and is nicer than pictures show. Had a party of 8 and the 4 bedrooms / 4 baths couldn’t have worked out any better. We will stay here again the next time we have a large group staying in Hot Springs.

Wonderful lake house with a great view

We just got finished with a wonderful 2 night stay at this property. The house itself was very clean with an open and convenient layout. The view from the back deck was fantastic to say the least. The property was just as described in the listing and the host Chris was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property

Beautiful Lake House

The house is beautiful with awesome lake views from everywhere. A little updating would make it more enjoyable. The 4 bedrooms met our needs perfectly. I was able to catch a few bass off the pier and boat dock. Can’t wait to go back when there’s more water in the lake.

4th of July Fabulousness

We rented this property between 2 families, so 4 adults and 4 kids (age ranges 5-14). We had an amazing experience with this property. Absolutely no complaints. We loved having the large dock to swim, fish, pull up the boat. The location is fantastic and I have no complaints.

Overall the property was an A-…a couple of areas of improvement but overall exactly how the pictures look. Would recommend this place AND would stay here again.We stayed an entire week…family of 6 plus family of 3 plus grandma so a group of 10 total. (Dogs as well)Pros: Good location, plenty of room for a large family, mattresses were really nice, outdoor furniture was good, cool views in the morning and at night, clean interior, all equipment worked well, gate access was clutch, having multiple king size beds was great for a guy that’s 6-5.Areas of Improvement:Needs some touch up on interior paint, needs more kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, needs a new bbq, parking is tight with 3 cars, fense has large gaps that dogs can get out through.

Fathers Day Weekend

We opted to stay here because of the location the property was overall pretty nice and we would stay here again there were a few issues none major. It’s a tad warm and this was June due to the high ceilings and windows which give a great view of the lake so it takes a bit to cool down, but it does, there were a lot of expired like years expired food items left in cabinets from previous guests, and lastly some touch up paint especially going down the stairs but over all 9 out of 10

Amazing views and location

Property was very clean and spacious. The sunsets off the back porch were amazing! Location was no more than 15 minutes to downtown Hot Springs and Lake Catherine state Park. We will definitely stay there again.
