  • Cozy recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake house on Lake Hamilton in beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This one-level home is located in the popular 7 South area in a quiet cove. It has one boat slip, a large boardwalk and large back deck. The house is located 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Bath Row and Oaklawn racetrack and gaming! Also close to dining, grocery store, and other attractions.

    Please Note: During winter (November 1 through the end of February) all of Lake Hamilton is lowered by 4-6 feet and the cove in which the house is located is not full of water.
