Summer trip

Property was exactly as it was listed. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We just relaxed and went fishing.

Gorgeous House with everything you need

This house had everything you could need and if you forgot anything thr home owner had thought of it and had it. We did not need any of these things but the extra thought and planning into it was very well detailed and noticed. It is a beautiful little home. The driveway is Extremely steep so please be aware of that for anyone not used to this type of terrain. Do not forget bug spray. I would suggest the home owner have the creekbed fumigated for chiggers as we were not able to swim fish or enjoy anything outside even though we were on the water due to how severe the chiggers were. It was definitely a life saver having a washer and dryer at the home due to this though. Location is excellant if you are spending time at Lake St Catherine or in the downtown Hot Springs Area. We will not be back to Arkansas but would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to visit the area.

Beyond expectations

We had a very relaxing and lovely experience with our stay. Jeff was an amazing host and quick to respond to messages. The home was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need and was very organized and clean. We loved the information binder that was put together that allowed us to find things that we needed quickly. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had and we would definitely love to come back.
