Happy Times

We always have great times at the house on Lake Hamilton. We have ski boat and fishing boat for the family and the little ones can swim and play at the dock! The kitchen is well stocked and convenient.

We had 14 in our party, 5 kids under the age of 5. The house is so spacious!!! Plenty of room. Everyone LOVED the theatre and pool table. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and sitting on the deck. It is so close to Oaklawn and downtown. Perfect for our big family.

Our stay was perfect. The listing was as described. The beds were super comfortable, and the house is huge. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs. The lake was relaxing and not very deep, so the kids enjoyed hopping in, even in mid-October. We will happily stay here again!!

Plenty of space to visit

Our multi generational family(aged from 76 down to 23) visited for a couple of days and we had plenty of room to spread out. Jessica was very prompt in helping when we had a small issue with a miscommunication on cleaning at check in. She got a crew over promptly while we were out to dinner and the house was fresh and clean when we returned. It was a great visit with my family and I would recommend this house for groups visiting the hot springs area.

Great retreat

This place was perfect for a high school group of nine ladies turning 70 this year. There was plenty of room, and the view was amazing. Parking was a little tricky because of snow and a steep driveway, but we made it work. Check-in was easy. Neighbors out shoveling snow were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely come again.

Summer fun

Great property!!! This is our 3rd year at this property, we love staying there. We bring boats to ski and a boat to fish and the kids swim and play on a big pad that can be tied to the dock. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and we bring plenty of food to cook.

Everything was great!

This house is extremely spacious and well kept. The movie room and other entertainment areas were a nice touch! The one thing I didn’t realize is that there wasn’t any sort of body wash or shampoo/conditioner provided. Thankfully, there is a CVS right down the road in case you’re like us and don’t bring those things with you.

This property is awesome. Nice kitchen, plenty of beds, lots of room for everyone. The game room and theater room were a huge hit. Big house with lots of bathrooms, but hot water was never an issue, which can be a problem at some rentals. Will definitely look for this house next time we come to the area.

Great family reunion spot

This large house accommodated our family reunion very very nicely. We enjoyed local attractions like Garvan Gardens and Lake Catherine state park. And of course the house is right on a secluded beautiful cove of Lake Hamilton. The host was responsive and quick to address a couple small issues. FYI If you or members of your party have mobility challenges with steps, note that there are lots of steps in and around this house.

Family Retreat

This property delivered everything that we expected. We cooked the majority of our meals on premises and it was made easy by the supplies available to us. We weee comfortable being on the water’s edge with the smaller children due to being on the beginning end of Lake Hamilton. The water wasn’t very deep at all and they could manage with floats and feel safe. We all had a lovely time and would go back to this same property again!

Great Gathering Place

Our family of 10 adults and 2 children enjoyed our time at this peaceful home in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Note that there is a step down living area upstairs and numerous steps down to lower level of a game room, theater, lounging area and 3 bedrooms. Only a couple of issues found but a quick call to Jessica and all was good again. We would consider this property for a return visit to Hot Springs.

Best Experience Ever

I teach at a very small school in Arkansas, we brought 9 students to FFA State Convention in Hot Springs. Instead of crowded hotel rooms, we chose this lovely home. Our students were so excited to play on the ping pong and pool table. The movie room was perfect for my age group as well. This is an experience my students will never forget.

entertainment friendly house

The many glass tables were not toddler friendly. The two upstairs bed mattresses were in poor condition and uncomfortable. The basement setup was great with all age groups. Lots of entertainment on a rainy day.
