Welcome to Oak Street Manor! CHARMING and HISTORIC 3 bed, 1 bath home that has been recently fully renovated. Please message for availability. Located in the center of Hot Springs National Park, 2 miles to Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, half mile to beautiful Bathhouse Row and the historic Hot Springs National Park. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please keep thermostat above 72 degrees cooling and below 68 heating, when leaving unit please set cooling to 78 degrees and heating to 62 degrees.
Please do not move or rearrange furniture. If you do there will be a $100 fee.
PETS are permitted only with prior approval, payment of $100 pet fee and agreement to the Pet Addendum.

Location and Great interior

Super great location if you are headed to Hot Springs National Park. It is minutes away from everything cool. The host is responsive and kind. Grateful to stay at this cool place.

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay. My girlfriend mentioned several times that she couldnt believe how close we were to everything. Whether we walked or drove it did t take longer than a few minutes to get there. The home had all bases covered. Linens, pots, pans, games. The front swing was our go to for relaxing. Will definetely try to stay here again on a return trip

Cute and clean stay for a destination wedding

Enjoyed our stay while visiting Hot Springs for a destination wedding. The house is very cute and has a warm/cozy at home feel while you’re there. Close to restaurants, family activities and churches.

This house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with the basics needed for a comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed playing with the toys and sitting on the porch swing. The location was convenient as we were able to walk into town easily to explore the Promenade and Bathhouse Row. The Saturday Farmers Market was only a block away.
