Perfect space to host a big group/family gathering. Each room gets their own bathroom, two kitchens, two common/living spaces, multiple floors, large deck spaces and levels, and plenty of activities on the property to spread out and not feel like we’re in each other’s space. Ice maker machines in both kitchens which was so nice with the warm weather & having enough ice for cold drinks and fill up coolers. Having access to a boat was really nice as well to enjoy the lake. Highly recommend & would rebook.

Lovely stay. Amazing house!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host communicated well. They have a lot of rules but I understand because that's the only way you can keep your property looking as beautiful as it is. The water views were wonderful. There were soooooo many amenities!

Beautiful lake property

This house was perfect for our group! We had 4 couples and loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom. Beautiful house and property. A ton of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We will definitely look to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy it more!

Hokiday Family gathering

Our family had a wonderful time. This property provided a great space for the teens to hang out and privacy for each family. The property was very close to everything and has great veiws and outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend.

We wanted to catch some snow for the first time, and boy did we!! This lake house was perfect. Such a beautiful home, and well stocked. Also, the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be booking again in the summer.

Spring Break Family Trip

We selected this property for a family trip. We had family coming in from Kansas and we are from Missouri. Everyone really enjoyed the stay in the area and at the property. We explored Hot Springs one day, went to Crater of Diamonds State Park one day and then did some hiking. It is a wonderful area full of activities. The location of this house on Lake Hamilton is awesome. Having the hot tub to relax in was a bonus for us as everyone enjoyed it. This property fit our needs very well. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this property.

A Golden Stay for a Golden Anniversary

We had an incredible time at Camelot Place. The furnishings were very comfortable, the amenities were plentiful (including an amazing theater room), and the view was spectacular. There were no surprises and Monica made the entire process a breeze. We'll be back!!

Beautiful Lake House

This property was the perfect house and location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. The home and surroundings are beautiful! Monica is a great host and very responsive to questions. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a bonus. She has a fully stocked kitchen!! Didn't need to travel with cooking dishes. I loved that everyone in our group had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The theater room was a hit with my boys. We will definitely stay here again!

First Family Gathering In 2024

The house and view was amazing, we were all very comfortable and able to enjoy some peace and quiet. The kids enjoyed the theater room and we all enjoyed sitting by the fire and playing board games. It was great to unwind from the world and technology.

What a great weekend!

This property has 3 levels with 2 well equipped full kitchens and gathering areas. It has 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each having a private full bathroom. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. We enjoyed the wonderful wrap-around deck overlooking the peaceful setting.

Weekend Family Reunion

We had five mostly retired couples reuniting for an annual get-together. The grounds were beautiful and the property was quiet, at the end of a point on the lake so no traffic. The house was extremely well decorated inside with plenty of amenities, everything we could have wanted. All five bedrooms had nice private bathrooms and the bedding was comfortable. Each level had plenty of space both inside and outside (decks and patios and a huge hot tub) for lounging and visiting. It was also nice to have a covered permanent style dock on the water just below the house. The home theatre above the garage was off the charts fantastic with at least 10 big comfortable theatre style chairs to kick back in and the sound system was really great (must have had at least 20 speakers). This is a five star property in every way and was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Rental Probably

We had 6 adults and 5 children; it was a very comfortable stay. It’s a peaceful location on the lake. Many places to lounge outside and relax; drink coffee in the morning. The internet worked very well in the house. For our group the theater room got the most use. It was great. We did have some internet connection issues trying stream in the theater room but we would eventually get movies to stream. The jacuzzi was very nice. It stayed hot the whole time. I would recommend staying here and I’m hoping to stay here again in the future.

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated mom’s 80th birthday and it was a blast. The home was very spacious yet cozy for our group of 10 adults and 3 teens. Everything we needed was provided, only thing we had to provide were our groceries. The kids and a couple of the adults were able to experience jet skiing for the first time. We made wonderful memories at this lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Family Reunion

Property and house are very impressive. Very clean. There is very easily room for 10 people (or more). We rented the pontoon boat, used it all day and motored to Fishers Wharf restaurant for dinner (food was EXCELLENT! We highly recommend Deluca's pizza in town too.) Kitchen was well stocked but bring your own baggies, foil, Tupperware, etc. Monica was a friendly and very responsive host...thank you!

Wonderful Stay

The property is beautiful, well maintained and perfectly equipped. I loved that instructions were thorough and check in/check our process was easy. We had no issues with the temperatures of any room if you follow the instructions provided (some reviewed mentioned the upstairs bedroom being warm) -- with the fan on, and keeping the door closed, and blinds closed during the day it was cool and comfortable. Zero issues. we rented a pontoon and were able to board from the dock which is a huge plus when you have small children. The kids enjoyed the movie theater as well. Will certainly rent again in the future.

Highly recommend

Lovely and fun lake vacation home. The bedroom situation was excellent. Everyone was happy with their set up. Each bedroom has comfy beds, some privacy and its own bathroom. There are two king beds and three queen beds. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hot shower water, and everything was cutely decorated and clean. There is a pac n play for babies and a blow-up mattress. I think there are a couple of pull-out sofas, which we did not use. The owners have made an effort to offer many amenities. Kayaks, hanging hammocks and chairs, hot tub, ice machine, two kitchens, and the movie theatre room. If you are an experienced boat driver, I think you really need to rent a boat, which we did from Hot Springs marina. We had the boat for two days. That was the most fun of all, esp for the seven grand children. Our entire group was very happy with this home!

Very nice, but some things to consider based on your group

The host always promptly replied to questions before we arrived and during our stay. The bedroom beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. It was a very nice stay, but not exceptional. I'm listing the items we noticed not as a negative review, but because they could impact your decision to stay. Occupancy is realistically 10-12. The pull outs in the media room are uncomfortable & not sleep-worthy. No bathroom in the common areas really is an issue, especially for those whose bedrooms are not on the 1st floor. The "railings" going to the upper and lower level are ropes. While aestetically pleasing, they offer no support and I contend would be worse than nothing if you needed to grab for balance. Some of our family members with aging knees rely on railings for support. The kayaks were "well loved" and could have used new cloth seats to replaced the ripped ones. We were a group of 11-14 people. We like to play family games and eat as a group. The upstairs table could squish 8 [6 comfortably] and the breakfast bar sat 4, which meant we couldn't eat or play as a group. The hot tub is older. Most of the jets didn't work, although it was clean and warm. The windows in the main living areas were painted shut. Check-in instructions said not to prop the doors open, but it was a sauna even with outside air temps in the high 70s, especially when cooking. Check-in instructions said AC would kick in if it was 95! We did have a very nice family reunion here.
