"Loved this place. So relaxing and the staff members are so courteous; for each adult there’s two free drinks at the bar nightly during happy hour which I have actually never seen a hotel implement before! Room was clean and the view was great. The only thing I wasn’t sure about is the parking; different sources say $10 a night but I wasn’t notified of any parking charge when I checked in."

"Everything! Kathleen was a gracious and accommodating hostess, and she had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas during my stay. She and her family even invited me to the local Christmas parade. The town itself feels like something straight out of a Hallmark card. Definitely a place to visit again. "

"Everything was great. Great location, right down the road from everything. Cabin was very clean, easy to find everything. Water was always hot and the hot tub was perfect. I would 100% stay here again. Host always got back to us quick with any questions we had and was very good to work with. "

"The cabin is super clean. It’s in a nice area-walking distance to downtown but far enough away that it’s quiet at nice. There is a donut shop across the street you can walk to for breakfast. I like that there was an alarm for when we left. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Hot Springs. "
