It has a spacious living area with good non slip flooring, which suited our elderly dog. The garden is large and fully fenced so perfect for children or pets. A great location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Hourtin and well placed to explore the Médoc peninsula. I would love to come again. "

"Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
