"Decent stay, but a bit underwhelming overall. The location in Condesa is great and really the main upside: easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, etc. The property itself is more like an apartment rental than a hotel, which comes with some tradeoffs. My room had a terrace but it was a small enclosed space with high walls and not the most inviting. The bathroom design was very crowded and also prioritizes looks over function: very small sink, awkward faucet, and no towel rack. Kitchen was also barely equipped. I didn't bother trying to cook there. Housekeeping is technically daily, but it happens on a fixed schedule (around 3pm). If you have a do-not-disturb sign on at that time, they’ll skip it without coming back, or you can request it for earlier in the day. I was on the ground floor near the corridor, so there was frequent noise from people passing by. Sound seemed to travel from next door and above more than expected too. Nights were quiet, but was frequently distburbed when just chilling in my room during the afternoon. The staff were friendly and responsive when I messaged them by text. It worked fine as a base and was likely a good value, but I’d probably opt for a more traditional hotel next time."

"great central location close to everything. However, the cleanliness wasn’t what I expected—the floors and furniture were dusty and the couch was gross. There was also barely any hot water, so showers had to be very quick. It’s on a busy road, so you can hear all of the street noise at night. The bed is rock hard. Overall, good location and views, but some improvements are definitely needed."

"The room and location were great. The door is a bit hard to find and could use some signage. The security guard was very helpful. Our patio door lock would unfortunately not lock but the area felt very safe overall and it didn’t concern us. Would stay again. "

"Although the hotel had some positive aspects, our opinion is heavily influenced by the very poor service we had in the Fiesta club restaurant. At breakfast in particular the staff were extremely discourteous to us. We had to constantly ask and re-ask for basics like coffee or replacement cutlery and the staff appeared to do their best to ignore us even when we made it obvious we needed something. To be fair some restaurant staff were lovely on the evening service. We complained to the restaurant staff directly but felt so strongly we went to reception and asked for the manager to voice our frustration. After reception taking our complaint and promising to have the manager contact us there was no feedback to us in any form. This has left us feeling that the hotel does not care about its guests negative experiences. I do not normally rate a hotel if it is not exceptional but I feel so strongly about this negative experience I fell compelled to complete this review"

"Room 106 is nothing but a LUXURY TENT right next to the sidewalk, and elevators. NOISE from traffic and guests using elevators. Difficult to have a good sleep. Extremely poor Design of bathroom sink, towel rod in front,? No, house sleepers. Shower stall water with very poor pressure. Walking between bed and TV approx. 20" of space either one hits TV or a bed frame. Overall, room NOT UPTO HYATT standards."
