Welcome to Wildflower Home, a designer three-bedroom retreat in Cottage Grove, one of Houston's quietest Inner Loop neighborhoods.

Filled with original artwork from Houston artists, live plants, natural light, and thoughtful details throughout, this is a home with personality. Warm oak floors, collected interiors, and spaces designed to feel comfortable rather than staged.

Sleep seven comfortably across a king primary suite, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with a full and twin bed. Three bathrooms make group travel easy, including a deep soaking tub perfect after a long day exploring Houston.

Rare for the Inner Loop: private garage access, driveway parking, and a fenced backyard.

The Space

This standalone home has two floors, three bedrooms, and space to sleep up to seven guests. Downstairs you'll find a stocked kitchen, Smart TV, books, games, and comfortable gathering spaces for slow mornings and easy nights in.

The primary suite is designed for real rest, with a king bed, Casper mattress, blackout curtains, premium linens, Smart TV, private balcony, and a pair of chairs for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap.

Outside, the fenced backyard includes dining for eight, cozy seating, string lights, and a small fire pit. Inside you'll find the little things that make travel easier: Trader Joe's bath products, makeup towels, extra toiletries, fresh coffee, and a few surprises throughout the house.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire standalone home, including all bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, garage, driveway, and fenced backyard.

Check-in is simple with a Yale smart lock. You'll receive a unique access code before arrival, plus a remote for the two-car garage. Printed house instructions are available inside, so everything is easy to find and use.

Other Things to Note

This is a two-story townhome and all bedrooms are upstairs.

Cottage Grove is a quiet residential pocket of Houston, best suited for families, business travelers, and guests looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the city. This is not a party house.

A crib is available for little ones. Two bicycles can also be rented during your stay, with locks and a tire pump provided.

Pets may be considered with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Please message before booking with details.

Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.
