This apartment worked perfectly for us for part of an extended stay near the medical center. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, easy parking etc. And a bonus to be connected to the Intercontinental hotel if you feel like a meal out. We’d stay here again for sure.

The property was lovely, and the linens were excellent. Parking, check-in and communication were all great. However, I was disappointed that the kitchen was not properly outfitted. There were very few plates, bowls, and pieces of cutlery, which meant we had to either run the dishwasher twice a day or hand-wash dishes after nearly every meal. There also wasn’t a toaster and I needed to request a drip coffee maker.Before booking, I specifically asked the host whether the kitchen was well equipped for cooking because we were staying for a medical visit rather than a vacation and planned to prepare most of our meals. For that reason, I was surprised to find the kitchen so sparsely stocked.

Home away from home

This place was truly a home away from home the place was nice and clean and has all the amenities you would need for a stay long or short term. All the checkin instruction was clear and direct. Along with the host was very accommodating and was great with communication, I absolutely enjoyed this stay everything attended was no more that 10 mins way from the area and I did not have to deal with a ton of traffic or noise this was by far the most convenient location and I would 100% recommend.

Houston Weekend

The location was perfect for our 2-night Houston stay. We visited Rice, which was very convenient. There are many good restaurants within a 10-minute drive, and we walked to Hermann Park. The condo had everything we needed and was quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the rooftop deck for the view. While the unit has a small patio, there are no chairs. Be aware that the space is small so there are some tight corners to maneuver, especially in the king bedroom. We managed fine with three people though.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this high-rise condo in the middle of Houston’s Medical Center. The unit was spotless—truly one of the cleanest short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was meticulously maintained, and it was clear the owner takes great pride in offering a welcoming and hygienic environment.The condo came fully equipped with everything I needed, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The best part? The stunning skyline view of downtown Houston from the windows and balcony—it was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.Communication with the owner was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, flexible with my check-in and check-out times, and made every effort to accommodate my needs. It really made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Houston, I highly recommend this condo. Great property and location. Bit pricey with the World Cup cost increase. Need to increase the amount of amenities. (Three pool towels for four guests.) Overall a very nice place to stay if you visit Houston.

We stayed two nights at this property while getting tests and seeing our transplant Dr.at MDAnderson.The host is quick to respond to any questions,the property is very clean and we felt very safe.It is walkable to MD Anderson.The rooftop pool and view is stunning!

Beautiful apartment! The whole building and facilities were top notch. The rooftop pool and evening views shouldn’t be missed. The place clean and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and they made sure we had everything we needed.
