Load & run the dishwasher. ALL trash in bins. Extra charge for bags that don't fit.
Thermostats to 77 (cool) on summer & 68 (heat) on winter. Oven cleaned (if used) to avoid a $25 fee. Furniture out of place will be an additional $25 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ABSOLUTELY NO smoking (of any kind) $450 penalty if detected. No events or parties. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
