This newly renovated, ultra-chic garage apartment is centrally located in one of Houston's most up-and-coming neighborhoods, Montrose/Mid-town, which boasts a wide array of cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars all walking distance! With a lg. living room with a sleeper sofa and large smart TV, an open concept kitchen with bar seating and bistro table, with a nice separate large bedroom with luxury-grade king mattress / linens and a posh on-suite bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully supplied with every type of cooking appliance, tool, or utensil you may need, our kitchen space is perfect for cooking in or reheating leftovers. And of course, there is a coffee maker as well as a wine opener, cocktail shaker, and glassware. The large, separate bedroom has an immensely cozy king bed and a gorgeous on-suite bathroom stocked with towels as well as hair and body care essentials. Additionally, the bedroom has a large, inviting deck with patio furniture - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or chatting over a nightcap.

Once you climb the stairs to the 2nd level, you'll be amazed at the views over the area! Parking is available at Park JJ or free street parking we also have additional Parking at Empire Café which you will need a parking pass for it.
