Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
★ GATE FOB: Upon departure, please utilize the gate fob to open the gate and subsequently return it to the teal/brown bowl on the white console.
Upon vacating the premises, please leave the gate open. Please ensure the gate fob is returned, or a $350 fee will be applied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
