This is the renovated studio that is only 5 minutes to 59/69 Freeway, 10 minutes to the downtown. The studio has its private entrance, new kitchen stove, microwave, double sinks, new bathroom with big shower and all supplies, etc. The studio includes 2 parking spots on the drive way in front of the studio.
This location is convenient to everything such as shopping, restaurant, public transportation.
PET RULES: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SOFAS AND BEDS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS INCLUDING PETS' SUPPLIES AND CLEANING PETS' HAIRS
