Newly furnished stylish apartment is located 2 blocks from NRG Stadium and in the heart of the Medical Ctr. You will be centrally located from every point of interest weather you are in town for business, leisure or here for medical appointments. It is located in a secured area where you will have self check in with free parking. Located on the 1st floor by the pool and hot tub area. Small pets are welcome for a additional fee.
The space
Newly furnished 1 bed room apt with a study/office equipped with a full size bed right out the dedicated work area. The full size bed is in an open area. Complimentary full size air mattress offered. Cozy living room and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipment with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, small appliances and dishes to meet your needs. Full size Washer and Dryer. A spacious bathroom with a shower and jet tub. Towels and clean linen are provided. Corner gated Balcony on the 1st floor next to the pool area. Beautiful view to the pool area. Central Air, smoke detectors, sanitized per CDC guidelines.

Other things to note
Key and Key Fob will be located in the Key Cafe next to the entrance of the parking garage. Key Fob let's you into the garage and all doors except the apt door. Free WiFi and Cable. Pool closed on all day on Mondays and 1/2 day on Fridays cleaning.
