Our fully-furnished apartments feature modern interiors, fully-equipped kitchens, stylish furnishings, and all the comforts you need to feel right at home. Enjoy top amenities, including a refreshing pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and courtyard.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
