This home is very close to the University of Houston, Texas Southern University, and Jack Yates High School, all of which have amazing marching bands! There may be times throughout the year guests may get the opportunity to hear marching band practice or even stadium cheers from football games!

***You can observe foot traffic during the day, mostly students walking to and from the University of TSU and the nearby bus station****

Great location nearby Univ of Houston. Perfect for us as we dropped off our freshman and hung out for a few days. House is nicely appointed. Spacious living space and bed rooms. Short walk to UH campus and UH Athletic facilities.
