    The downstairs feels like a modern industrial warehouse, featuring a full gym, massive backyard with space to BBQ, dine, or tan, and an open living area with a king-size sofa bed. There are two bedrooms on this floor—one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom located inside the gym area.
